I got one side of the back of the robe sewn down today - the half that doesn't need to be taken out and repleated, obviously. I also acquired some tear-away stabilizer from work tonight, so I cut out a brim shape and am getting down to sewing the straw braid to it! If it's not a total nightmare to tear out when I'm done (hah, yeah right), I'll buy more for hat-making-purposes and stash it, as it's the prepackaged stuff and was on clearance 3.20 for 4 yards! Not Bad.
