mandie_rwSo...I made a pair of garters today, does that count as doing something? I really needed a pair of elastic above-the-knee ones, since my ribbon ones definitely will not stay there! I also looked out at the sewing room and shook my head.
Also got my block printed chintz in the mail today. I am pleased with it, but I think I won't make a full-length polonaise with it, as I was contemplating. It's a little limp for that. But I think it might like to be a little polonaise jacket. It might also be content to be a regular old anglaise, but I'm definitely leaning towards polonaise jacket. I don't have one of those!
