Jo-ann fabrics and I really have something of a love-hate relationship...but today I decided I liked it and wanted to spend money at it. Well, I wanted to make a regular dress (I can never have too many dresses), and I needed to get some more stuff for the Tudor. Got most of it (yay! 40% off coupon= $9 spent on fur for sleeve turnbacks), except black velveteen. I was really hoping that their velveteen would match mine, as I haven't got enough for the sleeves, but no go. The stuff I have is blue-based, theirs is red. Damn. But other than that, I think I got most of the stuff I'll need for the Tudor.
The unnecessary stuff...well, I saw remnants of striped silk and couldn't resist, even though they were still overpriced, and it's less than 2 yards total.
green and white dress fabric. Maybe I'll actually make it soon instead of shoving it in the Stash like I always end up doing...
I couldn't help it...Really, no self-control whatsoever.
Nothing else was exciting enough to scan...and I figured attempting to scan fur was kind of a weird idea anyway... "What are you doing?" "Oh, I'm scanning my fake fur." "..."
