mandie_rwSpent the portion of the day I spent at home avoiding making piping for the green & gold dress' sleeves. I dislike piping extraordinarily. It's not even that much piping, but I put off starting it til well after dinner.
Won't be done in time for the Historical Sew Fortnightly deadline unless I sew like a madwoman tomorrow, but I don't care all that much as long as it's done for the card party!

She lives about an hour north of me and I *believe* she's going to Jenny-Rose's party as well, & she might be up for carpooling. (She's Adriennne Ruth in the Fabulosity club FB group, too...since I know she's not on LJ every day, like some people! By which I mean, me.) Because I hear you on the train ticket price...trains are crazy expensive!
