mandie_rwGot out of work early today, due to Christmas Party-ing ("We're all a family here!" Christmas cheer! Barf), so I came home and took an accidentally Epic Nap, and now...I'm still pretty awake.
So at, like, ten, I decided this was what I was going to work on til I got sleepy:
Painting shoes! And drinking. Hard cider. (Not beer. I abhor beer.) Mmmm.
You've met the gold shoes - they're getting another couple coats to try and even them out. The Kensingtons are on their first coat of pink, and the ones at the top are cheapo ebay heels that are getting the heels painted white, and then I'll cover the rest of them in fabric and call them 1780s shoes, to wear with the chemise gown if I ever finish it.
(Okay, the vamp's a little low for early 80s, and the heel's a little thick for late 80s-early 90s...but that's being nitpicky.)
