Quick question

for those of you that have made chemise gowns: How much fabric did you use?

I'm fabric shopping for the next project, is why I ask!

but I used roughly 3 yards of 90" muslin for the body, then maybe half a yard (?) more for fullish sleeves. But I'm tall, so you wouldn't need as much length. It makes a super-full dress, that's for sure. ;)

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, and I have no idea why! Default setting for fabric-buying?

Mine is superful, has a big sweep/train thing, big poufy sleeves, and I'm TALL, so I used 10+ yards on mine!
