mandie_rwDidn't have a large amount of time for costuming today, as we had Easter dinner at our house. I Do Not Cook, so I did the cleanup, which left me some free time while mum and sis were in the kitchen in the afternoon.
I draped the 1770s jacket I want to make - that is, I draped the back pieces. I'm using the front from one of my other gowns...no sense in reinventing the wheel, right? Anyway, now it's on to the mockup next, if I feel like staying in the 18th century this week. No guarantees.
I also took Mabel out of her stays and took pictures of her wearing my teens combinations...too lazy at the moment to actually upload them. (Too much pie?) Maybe tomorrow.
