Poe event update

Hahaha - we are amused! 

I've just gotten an email that "due to a series of events beyond [their] control", the seance thingie they had planned on doing is cancelled; instead, on Saturday March 3rd, they're having John Astin in to do some dramatic readings, music, etc. 

Also, when you buy a ticket you get a free poster of Vincent Price at Poe's grave, and who doesn't want a free poster?

Would anyone still like to go, or have you all made plans for that weekend?

I'll go, I had no plans except staying home alone, and this sounds like fun. And I'll get to wear my mourning dress again.

Yay! I'll wait a few more days to see if anyone else can go, then I can get the tix - I'll email Jeff Jerome and see if we can get our usual costumed discount and let you all know.
