eyyy it's a hat-thing

Maybe not the most flawless hat-thing I've ever made, ahem. Unpleasant wrinklies, grrr. Not certain if it's this pattern, or just that it's a hat the size of a small spaceship and I'm not a professional! Better be trimming the sh*t out of this, hiraimi! ;)




I also put the waistband on my corded petticoat - I meant to get the blue stays wearable before I did that, but I've stalled out on those stays, so I'd rather be able to wear the petti with my 1844 corset now! I can move fastenings later if need be. So the petti just needs a fastening and yes, a couch cushion in the butt!

Off tomorrow, so I should be able to getmy own bonnet at least be-flannelled, if not partly silk-covered too.
