For all you Poe people, an update!

I've emailed Jeff Jerome about coming in costume this year (despite, well, being a n00b myself...this is the first year I've got a car that can make it from NJ! Hopefully), and he's offered to give us $10 off the ticket price for coming in costume, so, $15 per person.

He's also said it would probably be easier as well if we just send in the one order form for all of us, which I have no problem doing. There are two dates, as I'm sure anyone interested in going already knows: Saturday the 22nd at 7pm, and Sunday the 23rd at 4.30pm. I'm going on Sunday, as I have something else I have to attend on Saturday, so that decides me!

So if you're planning to go Sunday, please let me know ASAP. The deadline for the order form is in a week, so I'd like to know by Thursday so I can send it in! If some (or even all!) of you would rather go Saturday, feel free to send in your own order forms, just mark on the order form that you're with "Loren's Costumed Group" so he knows to give you the discount. (And yes, he does know Loren's not going to be there, he just said to do that because he'll recognize her name!)

And one last thing: I know you all have gone to tea before Poe events in the past; anyone interested in that?

Btw, I have another LJ friend who may be interested. But not in costume. I want to make sure if she comes that she's seated with us. I think you can just submit her order with ours but just note she's not wearing a costume so she wouldn't be discounted. I told her to comment to you if she's going to come, but don't hold up the order any longer than you were going to. Thanks!

And there are a couple of tea places I've found that are 15-20 min. away from Westminster Hall that look nice, but I figure I'll contact them after I find out the exact number of people we'll have.
