mandie_rwIt didn't actually take me four days to make a petticoat. Just three. I find that truly horrendous, but at least it was because I do surprisingly have other things to do, not because I forgot how to make a petticoat.
Exciting petticoat is exciting. Nawt. Also, wrinkly.
Today was a less-than-thrilling sort of day, in sewing and in general life. Though I did pick up my guitar (which I've been shamefully neglecting while sewing the petticoat) and figure out the riff to the Stones' "Live With Me." (On the live version, anyway...the Let It Bleed version is a whole different thing! At least it's in the same key, which is more than can be said for a lot of their songs...KEEF.) Now I just have to practice it...
