mandie_rwI brought the brim of The Hat to school today so I could work on it in between work and class...it must have looked pretty funny, because it didn't really fit in the bag I halfheartedly stuffed it into. But I just finished sewing that, so now I can attach the crown and the brim, and then it'll be done - sans trimmings, anyway! I made it slightly big, since I plan to wear the wig with it, so when I tried the brim on, it fell down over my eyes. (And eventually my ears, so it's like a giant bizarre pink collar.) That's going to look pretty funny when if the wig doesn't get here by Saturday! No, it's not really a big deal, I can fix that. It just looked silly!
