I haz a community

So...because I'm slightly silly, I did go and make a community for anyone who bought silk taffeta from the fabric.com sale! (Anything to avoid writing a horribly boring lit paper, right?)

It's silk_taffeta (I know, isn't that a terribly clever name?! I really couldn't think of anything better!), and I made it because I really do think it would be funny to see the same five or six fabrics put to as many different uses as there are members. 'Course, it won't be very exciting if I'm the only one in it...so join/advertise it/&tc (because we know that my journal isn't exactly the most high-traffic place ever)...unless you think it's kind of a stupid idea, in which case just don't tell me; it'll hurt my ickle feelings.

Also, what the heck is the appeal to my cat of curling up and sleeping on record sleeves? And it's only ever to the one I'm playing, of course, so then I can't put it away! He's absolutely adorable, but there are so many other things he could sleep on instead -- but no.
