Happy almost-Christmas!

In case I'm not online tomorrow, which is fairly likely. More bopping around than in the past - dating someone who also comes from a broken home, you know... ;)

I've got a new half-finished plaid flannel dress to wear tomorrow, and it's a toss-up as to whether I actually finish it, because the plaid is pissing me off. I remember why I swore I wasn't going to buy any more plaid fabric, urgh. (And I didn't, but I have so much of it stashed! And nobody else wanted it either, so. At least a few more plaid dresses and/or skirts are in my future.) I don't particularly care if I don't finish it today, as it'll be work-appropriate, so long as I finish it sometime...not a total waste of time!

I've also been poking away at Imaginary Boyfriend's early Victorian shirt; it just needs collar and cuffs and it's done. Woo! I mean, it's a shirt, it isn't that hard, but a finished Thing will be nice for a change! And then I get to start on the fun stuff! And by "fun stuff" I mean trousers and tailoring and Other Scary Things like that.
