This is what passes for a logical thought process for me: I ought to be sewing but dammit I've just touched up my nail polish, have to wait a little while. Ahh, let me poke the ebay, see if it's got anything interesting. Oh look, that plum wool/cashmere I was eyeballing for my ice-skating dress is still available. Yes? Welp, might as well buy that now...oh, a remnant of grey flannel, you say? Well while I'm here! ...and the patterns I want for the dress too, while I'm shopping.
Ow ow ow that was expensive. Oh well, that's the last major fabric purchase I have planned til I start gathering supplies for my 30th birthday dress (not for over a year but Robin was threatening me with a surprise-type of costume party and we can't have that, so I've started planning now)!
