Today was actually kind of productive.

Not so much in the schoolwork department, but I've decided that Tuesday can be my day of Sewing Indulgence, because I don't have any class Wednesdays. So I came back from class, sewed for three hours, went to dinner, watched House haha, House totally mentioned Pete Best, and I laughed, because I knew who that was, and House somehow compared a heart to a bad drummer ("then you replace it with Ringo"), then Kal Penn's character [who I call Kumar because I don't actually know his name] said that Pete Best was a good drummer, and I laughed at him. Anyway..., hung out with The Group, then puzzled out the cutting-out of my green linen (yay, the Stash came through for me for once!), which meant something resembling geometry and math, then did aforementioned cutting out of green linen. It's for what I'm (possibly completely wrongly, but work with me here) calling the cote, which I'll be wearing over the Smock/Undergarment-Type-Thing, and under the gown, that I ordered wool for this past weekend. The gown will have big old drapey sleeves, cos that's what I wants, but the green linen will have tight sleeves. Gotta keep those arms covered. *grin*

Speaking of sleeves...yeah, yeah, I'll drape them eventually. *hates sleeves with a smouldering passion, grr* Mmkay, off to either hem some of the smock or catch up on my f-list.
