I'm with you on hating to buy patterns! I am SUCH a tightwad about that! For the cloche I am making for my 20's event this year, I found a cheap felt hat at an estate sale and I am just cutting the brim down and reblocking it a little. Oh, and Target had some great felt cloches last winter. Maybe stores will be getting their fall shipments in soon. Cloches were popular last year, so maybe you can find them again this year.
