The thing is, when you've got two hobbies and are easily distracted by the internet, nothing ever gets done! Seriously.
Posting here is probably not helping that, come to think of it! Hmmm.
But it's hooooot. *whinge* I'm tiiiired of hot weather, can it PLEASE be fall? PLEASE?!
Still have those same four 40s/50s/60s dresses that aren't done (though two are closer to being done!), plus all those little fixes I need to do on a few other things that have been lurking in my closet, not being worn because they need said fixes! Well, I am working on the hem of the 50s print dress at the moment -- I mean, I was, and then decided I wanted to go on LJ. Hopefully I can finish something before the weekend, because I'll bepartying away most of the weekend with my TCNJ Group.
Plus practicing guitar eats up a lot of time, with not particularly tangibly immediate results, but I keep at it! Mostly because I want a pretty shiny electric guitar sometime in the next year, and it would be stupid to get one and not be able to play it! Yeah, this is me saving money. Uh huh. Yup. See, I said I'd stop buying fabricexcept for that one time, so I can spend it on something else...? Wellllll, I'll just request that anybody in the family who was still going to buy me a small prezzie for Christmas or my birthday in February give me a bit of money instead so it can go in the Guitar Fund.
